Australian Drafting & Design Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Civil Drafter to join our team in Perth, WA.

Reporting to the Design Manager, your primary responsibility will be the production of high-quality civil and structural drawings for a range of engineering projects.

What we’re after

• Proficiency in MicroStation or AutoCAD is essential
• Experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or 12d will be highly regarded
• Experience in earthworks, civil and structural drafting
• Ability to work with engineers to ensure all deliverables and design criteria are met in accordance with project expectations
• Prepare preliminary drawings, modify existing drawings and complete as-built documentation in accordance with project technical specifications and standards
• Ensure design drawings are completed on time and to a high standard
• Ability to work with minimal supervision
• Maintain and foster a working environment that promotes safety, while also providing outstanding service

What you’ll bring to the team

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Civil Drafter
• Strong experience in a civil drafting environment
• Experience with earthworks and structural design
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively within a team and meet project deadlines
